🧵 Beginner Sewing Workshop: Make Your Own Tote Bag!
Curious about sewing but not sure where to start? Join our small and friendly Beginner Sewing Workshop and learn the basics while creating something practical — your very own tote bag!
This relaxed, hands-on session is designed for 3–5 participants, so everyone gets personal guidance and plenty of time at the sewing machine. During the workshop, we’ll go through the essentials: how to use a sewing machine, basic stitches, and simple construction techniques.
✂️ What we’ll do
· Learn the basics of using a sewing machine
· Cut and prepare fabric pieces
· Sew and assemble a sturdy tote bag
· Finish with a bag you can proudly take home
🧶 Materials
We’ll have sewing machines, threads, and some fabrics available for everyone to use.
If you have a specific fabric or style in mind, feel free to bring your own material. There’s absolutely no need to buy anything expensive — second-hand shops are a fantastic source of unique and affordable fabrics, and they’re a great sustainable option too.
👥 Group size: 3–5 people
🌿 Level: Complete beginners welcome
🎒 Take home: Your own handmade tote bag
